#85: Part 1: The Problems You Really Need To Solve if You Always Feel Behind

This episode is a two-parter because calendars can feel chaotic enough — We need a simple framework to de-behind-ify them.

So we're going to look at your schedule thusly:

To change your results — in our case, not feeling behind anymore) — you can either change what you're thinking, change what you're doing, or both.

Today's episode explores what you might need to THINK differently, in order to stop feeling constantly behind.

I ask you to consider these 3 questions (and go into mega detail about how to answer them!):

  1. Are you clear on what your hours are for (aka "have you defined "enough")?
  2. Are you setting kind and honest self-expectations? (note: there's a reason I didn't say "realistic")
  3. Who else is in your head (and trickling into those expectations we mentioned)
