All the support & resources without overwhelm or busywork. 

  • 1-3 activities (Zoom events) to choose from a day - plus daily access to the community, where lots of networking, brainstorming and accountability will happen!
  • Everything will be recorded for camper access only - so you can come live / catch what you don't want to miss!
  • From daily Decision Labs to LinkedIn Optimization Workshops to Open Coaching Sessions targeted at Boundaries, Strategy and more - you'll get the strategy and support you need!

THE CAMP EXPERIENCE

This isn't a course you watch
alone at midnight. It's a community.

You'll be assigned to a Cabin - a small group of people who become your crew for the three weeks. (First order of business: vote on your Cabin name and mascot.) Beyond your Cabin, the whole camp shows up for each other.

A tight group of 6–10 people committed to each other's goals. Real accountability, real relationships.

Show & Tell

A safe space to workshop what you're building — get real feedback from real people before you put it out in the world.

Share your pursuit as the great adventure it is. Your wins, your pivots, your plot twists — all welcome.

Laura and Kirsten are both obsessed with the same problem: why do smart, capable people not make more money? Turns out, there are two culprits - and they've each built a specialty around dismantling one of them.

Laura

Laura believes networking doesn't have to be a soul-crushing slog through awkward events and cold emails. She'll teach you how to build real relationships, talk about yourself with confidence, and open doors you didn't know were there - without selling your soul to do it.

Kirsten

Kirsten has spent years helping people get unstuck - not by pushing them to decide faster, but by showing them why they stall and giving them the exact tools to move through it. Her superpower is making your next right move feel obvious instead of terrifying.
