With a background of 30+ years as a Hollywood Producer, working for the biggest name companies on high profile shows, she has ample experience with STRESS.

"There's this concept of 24 hours in a day, and you're like 'Well I have to sleep a FEW hours, so I've gotta figure that out 'cause I need to function. And then everything else was about multitasking, and trying to get ahead of the next tsunami of problems...

...I was always doing three things at once. It was just this juggle-fest. It felt like: I'd go to sleep with my heart racing, and I woke up with my heart racing." 

After she finally retired from television, and before she decided on her next career move, she prioritized getting her adrenaline down and recovering from that decades-long way of living.

In this episode, she breaks down the 4-step Checklist she gives clients when they're working on Stress Management at the foundation — aka their HOMEwork.

All of sudden, it's like I  exercised today, I ate well today, I meditated today, I drank water today, I got a good night's rest...Oo, I feel like dressing up today - I feel more powerful - I feel more confident to enter that meeting.

Meet Jackie de Crinis

Jackie de Crinis is a life coach who helps professionals learn to reduce their stress so that they can be happier, healthier, and more successful.

Prior to becoming a life coach, Jackie spent 30 years in the television industry working as an executive for NBCUniversal, ABC, 20th Century Fox, and Sony television. During her tenure as a creative executive, she was credited with developing and overseeing dozens of Emmy and Golden Globe award-winning series.

She often says that while she was juggling a high-powered, seemingly glamorous, career in Hollywood, she often felt like she was surviving her life rather than enjoying it. This in part is why she started second career as a life coach. With the intention to help other professional people learn how to manage their stress and avoid burnout.

She, also, hosts the podcast “The OverThinker’s Guide To Joy” for people who tend to OverThink, OverAnalyze, OverWorry, and OverEverything. Each week she provides tips, tricks and hacks on ways to reduce stress and manage OverThinking brains. Jackie has three grown daughters, and currently lives on Maui with her husband and her dog. In her free time, she plays tennis, pickleball, yoga, meditation, and loves board games.
