Here's the conundrum.
The way you've been making decisions your whole life has WORKED.
Not to lead you to a place where you're 100% sure of what you're doing and 100% love the way your life is running...
(that's why you're here!)
...But it's "worked" to get you through the hardest challenges, to maintain your relationships as they currently function, and to get you your success.
And you need to know it's OK to change things up at this point.
This is your one & only life.
"What's worked before" doesn't matter more than what you want NOW.
You are undeniably entitled to WANT to:
- Like the direction you're taking your life
- YUP, even if that looks different than the last 10-20 years
- Make decisions based on what you want (today)
- NOT on what other people want or "how you've always done things"
- Enjoy your days, like your work, feel aligned & fulfilled
- Even if you have no idea how to get there
That's what Coaching's for.
I'll help you own what you want and really go after it: breaking down the overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionist habits along the way.
You deserve to love the decisions you're making.Tell me more this instant
What clients are saying
I’m able to make decisions now because I trust myself more. And now that I’ve eliminated a lot of the unnecessary negative noise, I can hear myself clearly and loudly. It’s easy to make decisions because the next, best thing is just more obvious.
I came to coaching because I was feeling overwhelmed by the decisions that I needed to make, that seemed huge and so heavy. It was it was literally making me sick, I was so stressed out.
Now I can live my life! I truly believe I’m in control of whether I’m happy or not. That’s earth-shattering!
I wasn’t really able to suss out my priorities, and I wanted to do SO much. I was on this hampster wheel of feeling like “I’m not getting enough done.”
I came to see that my cup is full! I got to understand the way I was engaging with my time. Now I can accept that there are 24 hours in a day, and that several of those hours should go to taking care of myself. Reducing that guilt has made things so much easier.
I've learned so much about my authentic self and how I want to show up in my life every day. Really digging in and analyzing yourself, how you want to live your life and then actually doing it is not an easy undertaking! Kirsten is the one you're gonna want to guide you through it! If you're thinking about getting a life coach, let this be your sign: It will be the best gift you've ever given yourself. Dive in!

I have gained clarity and made progress towards goals that I had been struggling to achieve on my own for years.
The benefits are tangible in my career, relationship, health and freedom from old unhelpful habits. Kirsten is highly skilled, an absolute delight and leads me to celebrate, enjoy, expand and fully participate on my own team.

I really am trusting my choices. I’m not spending so much time worrying and deliberating. I’m less worried I’m going to “get it wrong and waste all this time.”
I feel so much more in the moment, centered, and calm, with my ducks all lined up - like I am exactly where I want to be and who I want to be at this moment.
I’ve come to realize my autonomy, that I’m in charge. So decision making became more freeing, because I’m letting go of rules and criteria.
A very huge part of our work is being Committed to Self, and also trusting myself. That’s a big one for me. That trust, it’s everything.

I’ve definitely built trust in my decision making. One of the most helpful things was the idea of breaking seemingly “really large decisions” down into smaller chunks. I tend to think in terms of “whole life” and “single huge decisions” but I don’t have to.
It’s helped me at work too. I can just think “This is a priority - I’m going to do this thing now. I don’t need to finish it, I don’t need to do it perfectly - I’m just going to set aside time to do it.
