How do you NOT let other people determine how you feel? Well one way, friend, is to NOT get stuck in judgment thinking
Judgment thinking is a huge mental energy suck, because you spend so much time in other people’s business when you could be focusing on the one thing you actually DO have control over…your own self!
So here are two super key questions to ask when you catch yourself in JUDGMENT THINKING and it’s makin’ you feel crap-tastic…
Do you find your feelings are constantly at the mercy of other people?
Well you’re not alone, bud! Let’s talk about how you can keep control of yourself and your feelings, EVEN when other people don’t do or say what you want.
Admit it: You have expectations and preferences, and when other people don’t follow along as you like, you get upset! People constantly disappoint, frustrate, anger, confound and confuse us.
That’s all well and good (feel your feelings, gurl!), but it’s when you latch onto these crappy feelings, start indulging them and spiraling, and let your day (week…life?) get ruined by other people’s actions that we have a problem.
What even is a stress habit? Well, we humans love our habits, even when they make us feel crappy (I know - nuts).
What this means is that we can actually pull STRESS into our comfort zone - making it seem familiar and normal, and making ourselves feel more on toppa things by having a response "at the ready."
Aka, it can become easier for us to always respond to stress in the same (unhealthy) way if we let it become a habit.
Feel like you're too BUSY to really feel as happy as you want to? Or PLAY as often as you'd like to? (This is Summer after all...!) Or even feel as present as you want in your daily life? If this sounds like where you are these days, I wanna talk about a great antidote to *busyness*: BOUNDARIES.

Vacations are so important - and so easy to put off until we have more time / money / energy, etc... But guess what! You don't need to WAIT to appreciate your fantastic life, soak in the wonder of this big beautiful planet, or really connect with those amazing peeps in your tribe.
A good hoopla commemorating an achievement or milestone is all well 'n good, but boo, this is also your one & only life! You made it to today, you have all your limbs, the sun's shining somewhere...Why not celebrate!?
